I’m Eefke Bodt, compass for leaders in the manufacturing industry: leadership coach, team coach and facilitator of cultural change.
My coaching practice is based on 25+ years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, from start-ups to multinationals in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa This allows me to empathize with the demanding work of managers and teams.
My approach is down-to-earth. Practical, realistic, and strategic. With challenging questions, challenging reflections, and deepening insights. Everything with love and respect. Because insight alone won't get you far.
Change is exciting, and that's understandable. It's not about "fixing" or mantras like "everything is love." It's about working practically, honestly, and strategically with what's going on—without fuss or superficial positivity.

While every collaboration with me is tailored to your needs, I've developed my own unique approach over the years. A method that encourages you to reflect on what's wrong within yourself, within your team, and within your organization. This awareness then creates movement. By making patterns visible and developing new insights, my method supports (self-)leadership, team development, and organizational change. Not as a temporary process, but as a solid foundation for sustainable improvement.
